Dr. Markus Hoffmeister is managing partner of the company. He studied business administration at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster and then completed his doctorate at the Institute for Econometrics and Economic Statistics. Markus Hoffmeister was managing director of the companies Hoffmeister Leuchten GmbH and Fulham Europe GmbH. In 2002 he founded I.N.D.I.A. GmbH which lighting division is BuR Lighting today. Markus Hoffmeister is a lighting specialist and shapes the strategy, organization and brand image of the family business BuR Lighting.
Administration
Anja Unger is an industrial and foreign language business management assistant. She has been working with Markus Hoffmeister for many years. Her responsibility includes purchasing and administrative tasks at BuR Lighting coupled with order processing and the organization of commercial processes. Today, Ms. Unger is the company's logistics specialist, especially for imports from Asia and for BuR Lighting exports.
Costanza Hoffmeister studied business administration in Venice, Italy, after graduating from high school. She completed her studies at the Venetian University Cà Foscari. She received her diploma from the Faculty of Economics and Commerce. From 1991 to 1997 Costanza Hoffmeister worked in the accounting and finance department of I.N.D.I.A. SpA in Padova, Italy. Today she is a specialized financial expert at BuR Lighting and handles numerous administrative tasks including the organization of supporting processes for sales.
Consulting
Camilla Hoffmeister supports the overall design of BuR Lighting marketing tools. With her studio for design and creativity, she is committed to Corporate Identity, Corporate Design and Corporate Culture at BuR Lighting. After completing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Product Design & Visual Communication at the Free University of Bolzano, Italy in 2021 Camilla Hoffmeister has been pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Space & Communication at the HEAD (Haute École d'Art et de Design) in Geneva, Switzerland in 2024.
